Payment for your spa stay by a payment card
Information for our clients
Only orders for spa stays confirmed by Lázně Luhačovice, a.s. may be paid by a payment card. Every order must specify the booking number, i.e. the payment's variable symbol. Payments shall be made in EUR or CZK as agreed in the respective order for stay.

Card payment procedure via Internet
Once you select card payment as the payment method for your confirmed order, you will be redirected to the payment transaction page, where a payment information form is provided. Please complete the required data - payment card number, card expiry date and CVV2/CVC2 code - the last three digits printed on the signature strip of your payment card.
After completing the transaction you will be redirected back to Lázně Luhačovice's website where you can find the information whether the transaction was successful or was rejected (including the reason for rejection).
Transaction security
The card payments are made using the 3-D Secure standard, which is presently the safest method of on-line card payments. This standard is supported by the two largest card associations, MasterCard and VISA, which provide this payment method under the trade names "MasterCard SecureCode" and "Verified by Visa". Payment card data transfer is secured by SSL protocol.
Lázně Luhačovice as the internet trader has no access to the payment card data - the payment card data is completed by the client on a secured payment page. The trader will only receive advice from the bank once the payment is completed, without receiving the payment card number.
Secure payment is guaranteed by the presence of logos "Verified by Visa" (by Visa card association) and "MasterCard Secure Code" (by MasterCard association).
